Kate was very professional and knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. She made me aware of my options and was very pleasant to confer with.
Kate Sherran has been more than accommodating to my needs. She has demonstrated professional concern, has been so easy to talk with and get to the issues I am experiencing, keeps up with my necessary lab tests and sends reminders when I am supposed to return for lab work or a med visit. She is even completing the necessary paperwork for a prescription payment assistance which, in the past, was something that I have had to do on my own and return to a doctor for information and signatures.
