I trust Dr. Raymond to work with me to manage my health. She questions me and works with me to develop a health plan that works for me. She is my cheerleader when things are going well, and advises me of changes I need to make when necessary. She is always respectful and courteous and appointments are scheduled without a wait of more than 10 minutes. I very much appreciate having her on my health team.
The front office will never answer the phone. You get put on hold by the computer and no one will answer. I have called repeatedly all day long and still can't get anyone to answer the phone. It usually takes several days before I can actually set an appointment.
I initially chose Dr Raymond because she is a DO and can do acupuncture to help with pain control, but she has been an outstanding primary care physician. She is responsive on the Patient Portal and the communications has often saved me a visit as well as a considerable amount of time. She spends more time listening and getting to know you than most doctors. Her nurses are helpful and friendly and are also very responsive on the portal.
