I had an issue with my dip manicure lifting off my nails day 3. I went back and Mai fixed them free of charge. They are always friendly and willing to work with you :) also the glow in the dark dip is so fun!
I have been trying to find a good nail salon for the last four years. I’m happy to say that the search is finally over today was my first day coming to Kate’s and I will definitely be returning. I got an amazing manicure and pedicure and left the salon feeling 100% satisfied with my experience. The staff was nice, and the service was great.
I love coming here, all the technicians are super nice and do a great job. They make sure you like your nails throughout the entire process and will fix/change things with no hesitation if asked. Always able to get me in, fast and efficient, attention to detail is great.
My mom and I went in the morning to get a pedicure and we loved it!!! We felt respected and it was the best we were treated. We love coming here
