I gave kates a 5 star review 4 years ago because she and her staff have always provided excellent customer service. I get my nails done once or twice a year birthdays being one of those rare occasions. I hate giving negative reviews but I am now changing this one because I have gone to this establishment since 2020 for mani's and pedi's and a few weeks ago I had Lisa herself do my nails for my birthday.
