Thorough, knowledgeable, listens /collaborative, and communicates concern and instructions very well.
I felt very comfortable with Dr. Myers. She took her time to cover a lot of information and answer questions.
The staff was very pleasant and caring! I did wait an hour for my appointment. I certainly understand that the Dr was in a previous procedure, Something uncontrollable. I just wish that someone would have told us waiting the reason while we waited. Instead of waiting till we got in the exam room after an hour wait. They did apologie for the wait, yet it was frustrating!
