I found the store while shopping at a higher end place near by. I am so glad I stopped in to check Kate Lo out. I can't say enough about Karen's customer service. She was helpful, knowledgeable and funny. We enjoyed our time working with her through the process of selection. She educated us on the types of tile and what would be best for our project. Hi Kate-Lo Tile employees! What happened to your customer service? It doesn't exist anymore. I was hoping to get your advice on tile selection but all 3 "busy" ladies just ignored me, even though I was the ONLY CUSTOMER. Very strange...
