Hi Kate-Lo Tile employees! What happened to your customer service? It doesn't exist anymore. I was hoping to get your advice on tile selection but all 3 "busy" ladies just ignored me, even though I was the ONLY CUSTOMER. Very strange... On the other hand, Karen at Kate-Lo outlet is WONDERFUL! She knows me by name. I always appreciate your help and advise, Karen!

Gabby, Cassie, Carey, and Jed are the best builder sales reps in the business! They are so customer service oriented. They are always aware of their inventory. They go above and beyond to help me and my clients select great design materials at great prices. If there is ever an issue, they make every effort to make it right! I couldn’t do my job as well without them.
Amazing tile found here! Beautiful showroom. I took several pictures. We were Just in the beginning stages of looking for tile, so we didn't exactly know what we wanted. We also had just gone to their outlet store (highly recommend, just to see the other things they have, which is much different product). Super nice people at this store!
