No. At the start of the project in 2018 we were pleased with the communication and work. The drywall near our ceiling’s edges was crumbling so we hired Kate Kesley Inc. to completely replace and re-drywall our vaulted ceilings to fix the problem. However, after paying in full, the problem was still evident, even more obviously now that the popcorn ceilings had been replaced. DON'T BOTHER CALLING! We were referred to Kate so we requested a quote for 2 bathroom projects. Bruce showed up for the appointment, said it would be about a week for figures...then disappeared. I sent 2 emails, made 6 calls with zero response. Finally 3 days short of a month, he picked up my phone call and said that he wasn't going to bid the jobs because several of his employees were poached by other contractors. My neighbor referred me to Kate Lesley. I had an issue with my roof that either no one could fix or would fix! Bruce was straight forward regarding the process. Dale and Mike addressed the issue and so far the problem appears to be fixed. I would contact them again should I need their services.

We have had them out on two different projects and found the work finished on time and within the proposal. Nice group of people to work with, very professional. Will use them again and again!!
