This was my second time at the salon. I live in Florida and wait until I visit Dana Point to get my hair done. Took a bold move going shorter and Lauren did an amazing job!! Online booking was simple and transparent about pricing.
Lauren was fantastic. So kind and gentle.
In response to yours : I did show up with very red hair, however I was never asked about my color prior or suggested a consultation, that’s definitely not on me. When showing up to an appointment I blocked a time for, I’m not expecting to leave with nothing done. Your hairstylist came back to explain to me what I was hearing few feet away from me, to say “we” it was only her, I do not remember speaking to anyone else. I usually have a great experience here but today i got my extensions moved up and they are sticking out not tied to my head. I have to go into another salon tomorrow to get it fixed because it feels like the hair is going to fall off my head and it looks bad. And i mentioned it and the gal said no your good.
