I had a new patient appointment with Dr. Kollars recently. I waited around 40-50 minutes to see Dr. Kollars with no updates from the front desk staff that she was running behind. Dr. Kollars appeared distracted and dismissive during the appointment, often on her computer. I hope this review is utilized for future growth regarding active listening skills and process improvement for future patients.

Personally never met this dr. Was given to me by a Methodist rep saying she'd got availability. Later I got a appt with my reg dr she had a cancelation so called this office wow waited so long to get thru it kept on saying I was caller number one in Q this was early afternoon for a Monday which probably is busy they must of had One person answering phones. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Kollars. She takes the time to listen to any questions or concerns I have. She is thorough and attentive. She is respectful and welcoming.
