I’ve been seeing Kate for 5 years, since i was 14 years old, with nothing but positive things to say. She has helped me work through years of issues, as well as problems that have arrived while seeing her. She’s great at both helping me find coping strategies, as well as just listening when I need to tell someone about what’s going on. I would recommend Kate to anyone who is going through something they can’t handle on their own as she’s made my like 100x easier than it would have been without her support!!

Best decision I ever made was to book in with Kate!! I can't believe how much she has helped to draw a line in the sand, take a beat, reflect, and to make a considered actionable plan. Every session is like a catch up with that friend you mean to catch up with more often. Can not believe it has been a year and so much has changed, all for the better. Great sign for things to come :-)
