Visited with concerns of racing heart, weakness and fatigue. She failed to recognize systems of dehydration and I ended up in the emergency room 2 days later needing iv fluids which started a chain reaction of both health related issues and large financial costs. I went to her for help and was very let down, so much could have been prevented.
