I had an appointment in December where Kate refused to do my hair as it was not in a good condition, fair enough. I spent a stupid amount on hair products. Cut a huge amount of hair off as per her advise. Attended my re booked appointment for the 10 January and you can’t even be bothered opening your shop or answering my calls. I am beyond unhappy, it’s a 40 minute drive and a waste of time. Call your clients if you’re going to cancel don’t just not turn up!!! And now you ignore all calls and texts.
