Couldn’t recommend someone more. Very involved and approachable from start to finish. Great sounding board for all things that come up. She even helped set up inspection fixes and also came over to the house to ensure they were working and quoting the correct things when we were out of town. Helpful, fun, and genuine which is exactly what you need for the stressful times!! House sold in 5 hours and couldn’t have gone smoother.
Kate is phenomenal! She pays attention to every, tiny detail, is very knowledgeable, is fun and easy to chat with, and is great at what she does. She really knows the area and made it easy for us to buy from out of state. She helped us write a competitive offer and get our offer accepted when there were 8 on the table. Highly recommend, would work with her again for sure if we ever needed a realtor!
