Kate persisted through 8 addendums, a rushed transaction with multiple parties on an extremely complex transaction. She held our hand the whole way through --never complained, always transparent. She got us a great loan at a great rate. She was creative without breaking the rules. And in the end, took us out to dinner. Highly recommended!
