#1 for communication. We are very pleased with all of the work done and the technicians that did the work. The fitment is spot on and seems to be easily installed and removed. We are looking forward to using our cover for many years to come.

We have a pool that made it a difficult installation with a lot of corners and custom sizing. Andrew did a great job with the installation and was a pleasure to be around. He worked hard to get it done in one day andcut was full dark by the time he was loading up to leave. We were always able to get quick communication from the company which was not our experience with others.
We needed a foolproof barrier to our pool after our toddler climbed our pool fence. Kathcakid was quick, knowledgable and provided the safest option on the market. Great staff on the phone and in person during in install.
