All my communications (talk, text, email) with Katchakid (Kyeema) were very positive and helpful. Santos came out when promised with everything he needed to fab our cover. Fits perfectly.....and at a fraction of the cost our pool company wanted to charge for their version of a custom cover.

We have an older pool that doesn’t lend itself well to a fence, and when we found katch-a-kid we were so glad to see the net alternative! The process was so incredibly seamless from start to finish. The response time from inquiry was fast and friendly, and a very reasonable lead time for install. Jamie was on-time, efficient and did a great demo and walk-through that made us confident in using the product. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend for pool safety!

#1 for communication. We are very pleased with all of the work done and the technicians that did the work. The fitment is spot on and seems to be easily installed and removed. We are looking forward to using our cover for many years to come.

This is my second Katch A Kid pool cover. The first one lasted over 13 years. My new order was produced correctly and on time, and installation was easy. Highly recommend!
