The fence was installed and works well but for two weeks now I have been trying to get instructions to take the fence down. Called the company three times and I’m still waiting. There are some latches difficult to detach. Also, the fence is difficult to clean. Edit: 6/30/2025 A rep from the company called me and apologized. I have 2 reviews- I bought both the net and the gate to add extra safety. The company: They are a small business so I was happy to choose them. Customer service upto this point was pretty good. Charla offered a military discount and was overall thorough. But be aware they DO NOT work weekends. As in, if your closing date changes, they won’t work with you to get their product installed…they don’t disclose that until they don’t have enough installers if they are booked. The technician showed up 2 hours late, left multiple times for hours at a time and didn't finish the job until 9pm. He left without giving a demonstration, just said there's a video online to watch. If there are tips or tricks due to my particular pool layout, I sure didn't get them. Now I'm left with a net that I can't reattach. I'm sure the product is fine, but the experience has been terrible.
Jaime did a great job on the install. The net is perfectly fitted to the pool, the mounting hardware is flush and attractive. Could not be happier with our experience with Katch a Kid!
