Katchakid was an absolute pleasure to work with. They explained everything from start to finish and answered every question. The men that measured, prepared the site, and installed were very personable and professional. I would definitely recommend the pool cover s performing as expected.

Matt was great with installation. It was raining all day and he still showed up on time and installed our cover when the rain slowed down. He made sure my husband and I both understood how to install and take off the cover. 100% recommend

We are very pleased with our Katchakid pool net. We have a 2 year old granddaughter who is not afraid of water and when we are playing with her outside we are concerned she will run and either jump or fall into the pool. Our son researched pool nets and determined that a Katchakid net would be the one he recommended. I made a phone call and Charla gave me information about the nets and how the process works.
