The team at Katch a Kid was wonderful and easy to work with. I received a phone call shortly after submitting an inquiry to discuss the details and they were able to give me an accurate quote over the phone. The scheduling team reached out quickly with multiple appointment options. And the team that completed the installation was wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly! They installed it in less than 2 hours and it looks better than I would have imagined. I would definitely recommend katch a kid!
Lavandis, Dakota, and Mike did a fantastic job installing the net and showing us how to use it. They went out of their way to show all options and took their time showing us how to use it. Great customer service service and no complaints working with no shade on a hot summer day.
Did the job quick and professionally
I purchased a net from Katchakid, nice color and appears to be good quality. At the time the installers came out to install the anchors, I pointed out that the Pavers around the pool were disintegrating in some places and asked if I should wait on the install, I was told they could easily do it again after the pavers were replaced. Long story, short, they didn’t want to come back out to reinstall it because they didn’t think they could figure out where to put the anchors again. they finally agreed to do it but charged me $15... read more
