Katayoon was fabulous as usual. I used her previously to buy a property in the Vancouver area and just completed the sale of that same property. Her skills and experience were apparent as it sold for above asking to the first person to see it. With inventories growing in this market it was a welcome surprise to have this happen so quickly.
