"Kataria Builders LLC is a top-notch expediting service for DOB matters. Vic and his team expertly handled all my building department paperwork, making the process stress-free. His deep knowledge of DOB procedures and quick responsiveness saved me countless hours of worry. Most importantly, they got results - I can now sell my property without any DOB complications. If you're dealing with building department issues in NYC, don't hesitate to contact them. 5/5 stars for their efficient, knowledgeable service."
Just terrible. Pay more if you need to but stay away from Vik aka Parminder. Literally had to beg him to get work done.
