Food was excellent and service was good! I love the teriyaki chicken. Only improvement I could ask for is bigger portions for the price. I’d love for more of the fried rice as I believe this is the best fried rice I have found locally.

Sushi tasted like I could have just bought it at food city. Fresh sticky rice for sushi isn't proper, needs to be cooled and hadn't, Which tells me prep is only done when needed not done properly for the product to be at its best. Sushi was breaking as I pulled it apart. Over stuffed, warm rice. Definitely not what kokita was when they were still around. Katana is missing the authentic flavors, not in all ways just in many ways. Yum yum sauce isn't correct, ginger dressing for salad is more like a spicy mustard add ginger. T... read more
