Katana Sushi is adequate Certainly a good place on it's own, the issue I have with Katana is that the selection is a bit odd. The special menu is vast but most of the dishes look the same. The typical rolls are a little less than orthodox, but in the end, some of the rolls are amazing. The service is usually good, with green tea refills pretty often. THE place to go for amazing sushi and service!! – The sushi is amazing and the service is outstanding! I have been a patron of Katana for about 3 years now....and I have found it nearly impossible to find a better sushi restaurant. Their carry-out service is very convenient for my sometimes hectic schedule. Their lunch combos are ideal for someone not wanting to spend a lot of money. The staff is very personable....they always remember me...as well as my son (he adores the attention that is bestowed upon him there)!
The service can be a little slow and the prices aren't cheap, but aren't exorbitant either. It's worth putting up with because their food is so fresh and delicious. If you like real, authentic Japanese food, then you've found the right place.
