rude and nasty to my kids, eggshells in my food, last visit for us..they dont appreciate the American dollar
This place is not family friendly. Not a good place to go for a date/family dinner, anything. Last night me and my family went for my grandmas 69th birthday. There was 25 of us. The waitress/whoever we had, got us our drinks & never came back for refills. We had to ASK them to remove unwanted dishes. That is THEIR job to do so. Also, don’t ask for coffee. very rude waitresses.We all tipped good. More than 20 percent plus cash tips .we had 25 people and because 1 table didn't have a tip on it they thought they didn't get a tip. we had 6 tables .the tips were all over.if I knew how they acted I wouldn't have tipped that good. They lost us as customers.
the waitresses are rude and they will check to see if there were tips left on the bills and if not will ask for a tip service was horrible and don't ask for coffee they be will take your drinks that is left no excuse for being rude to a group of 25 that comes to your restaurant
too greasy, don't taste good, makes my family sick everytime I go to get to plates the food is old or not right it use too be the only good thing there is the hot crab w/ the cheese on top & crab racoons other than that the chicken is hard over done the lomain noodles are greasy it use to be good now it's not I wouldn't recommend to know one they need to close & remain that way til they live up to their standards I've tried several times it's not a thing
We will NEVER go to this restaurant again. We went in and paid, the lady at the register didn't even look up because she was talking on her phone. When we were greeted by our server, she kept saying that they were out of Pepsi, and she did not have a mask on. The food was bad, dried out and no taste. The pastry was stale. So is it customary to have your staff publicly berate the customers when they stand up to leave, demanding a tip by slapping her hand on your table? In front on everyone else?! When her job was to literally get us drinks for a (very overpriced) $30 meal? It was very unprofessional and rude. Not to mention, your staff is not enforcing an social distancing or requiring anyone to wear masks once they get past the front counter and pay. This place used to be our favorite buffet. Not anymore. We will not be back.
