We had our intake back in April. The intake went fine but then I never heard back from them in order to schedule the next appointment. We were told that the on-site evaluation was going to be within a month or two. I've called 3 times and the receptionists keeps telling me that she didn't receive anything from the doctor. They already charged our cc for the intake, this is beginning to look a bit suspicious. I'll give this 2 stars for now because it could be that they are really busy.

These guys charged me for a visit just to go over my results. Then they agreed to take payments over time for the visit. Then they went back on their agreement and charged my card in full. Now they are denying any wrongdoing. Apparently they are allowed to go back on their agreements. They also refuse to take my credit card information off file, so they're story my information and charged it unauthorized, because we already reached an agreement.

I am so thankful I found this place! I have been searching for an assessment for adults for years - I nearly gave up entirely. Not only do they take on adults, they consider things such as parent's perspective, self perspective, and the way neurodivergence presents in people who are assigned female at birth. Thank you so much - it was a privilege to find such an incredibly caring office that brought so much validation to my life as a late diagnosed person.
