Katalyst Fitness in Framingham is truly a gem! The Zumba classes are fun, high-energy, and something I genuinely look forward to, while the strength training and Pilates offer a great balance and keep things effective. The instructors are incredible—supportive, motivating, and they truly care about everyone in the room. There’s also such a welcoming, positive community that makes you want to keep coming back. For over a decade, Monday night means ZUMBA with Krista - talk about a great way to start my week!!! It's such a fun class - great music and a fantastic workout - I really appreciate being part of this community. It's easy to get myself out of the house (even on a cold, dark January evening) because once I get to class it doesn't even feel like work!!!! THANK YOU, Krista!!!!
