Hi,I’ve been a customer of Katahdin motors for a bit now. I have helped my mother purchase a vehicle there after my dad passed with the help of John. Since then, I have worked with Mike and Dennis on different occasions purchasing five different vehicle. Been in the automotive field for 20 years. Absolutely the worse customer service I’ve ever seen. Rude. Snarky. I was going to order a 24 Denali through them. Decided to take my business to oconners.
I always have a great experience with Katahdin Motors, whether it's in Sales or the Service department. Friday I went in to look at a vehicle they had and decided I wanted to trade in for it.
