Great company they know their products well and know each one weakness I’ll be ordering my hicker pro soon
I have enjoyed a couple of their items in the past and due to my location wanted to order a few new items online to try. The online order process was fine and simple enough. Received confirmation email right away. Then I received an email telling me that some items were back ordered and would be shipped a week later but that the in stock items would be shipped immediately unless I responded to the link in the email within 24 hours.
