I had my first session with James and was genuinely impressed. Like many others have mentioned, he is highly knowledgeable and clearly skilled in his practice. James is great! I take my mom to see him for Rapid NFR/Shockwave Massage. After just 2 session with him, my mom has been feeling a lot better compared to before. The pain she had went from 7-8 down to just 4-5. He even taught us exercises to help while at home to increase recovery. After every session, my mom mentions how light and untense her muscles feel. Additionally, James is always friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him!
