I had my first session with James yesterday. I was experiencing sudden onset pain and had to leave work early. I did a Google search and came across Kata Wellness, and James was able to accommodate me on short notice. From first contact over the phone, to the end of my appointment, I found him to be highly professional, kind, respectful, considerate, and skilled at his practice. Friendly, Knowledgeable and Relaxing and for sure Refreshing. Visited with my spouse and we both have different massage requirements/preferences but both have 5.
Very prompt and professional. He got some deep knots to loosen a bit...just in the first visit.

Only visited once as I was in form out of town and needed some help. That being said, one of the best experiences I have ever had. I received a rapid NFR treatment combined with shockwave therapy and I was so impressed with the outcome. I was almost completely pain free for almost two months just from the one treatment. I got mobility back in my shoulders, just WOW! I highly recommend their services.
