James’ home office and massage was very professional. I’ve had chronic knots and prefer deep tissue massage without having to ask for more pressure … he delivered as a knot-buster 🤩 very specific to your anatomy and knowledgeable. He managed a lot of coverage in 60 minutes, using dynamic stretches and instruments that other RMTs haven’t. + direct billing. Lots of street parking in the neighbourhood as well.

I had my first session with James yesterday. I was experiencing sudden onset pain and had to leave work early. I did a Google search and came across Kata Wellness, and James was able to accommodate me on short notice. From first contact over the phone, to the end of my appointment, I found him to be highly professional, kind, respectful, considerate, and skilled at his practice. Friendly, Knowledgeable and Relaxing and for sure Refreshing. Visited with my spouse and we both have different massage requirements/preferences but both have 5.
