Hi Kata Friends! Updating my review. Unfortunately, google only allows 5 stars, because I wanted to give more. Gus and his team are one of the best service provider I've been interact, like ever. Always a welcoming smile and willing to help. That for me is priceless. Very friendly and welcoming staff. All hands on experience from everyone made the whole very enjoyable. The design was done during several steps where the ideas were matured and discussed. Final result is 5*. Recommend to everyone!!
High price for a custom build, no follow through on issues, including parts damaged in transit. I followed Kata Camperbox for quite some time on social media and their builds looked great. Simple builds for small vans like my T6 Transporter, and I figured why not give it a shot. At first the interactions were great. I am SO happy I came across Kata Camperbox!! Everything from the customer service to the turnaround times to the end product was nothing short of phenomenal! Gus was super helpful, informative and friendly. The product itself is so well made, I have just finished setting it up for my first trip and I could not be happier.
