I found them quite dodgy. The plumber who visited my previous house told me that he fixed sink blockage but actually he did not do it completely. He visited my place the second time and commented that the block was outside. An independent plumber from strata checked outside pipes with camera and didn't find anything; he then entered the apartment and unblocked it within a few minutes and it never got blocked again. KAT plumber told that he temporarily fixed toilet leakage, but no, he did not. It started leaking after 2 hours... read more
Just like someone else mentioned about the noise level in his review, I also had similar experience. An overweight dark skinned plumber (just for identification) came for fixing the toilet and looked very unruly and aggressive. He was continuously gossiping very loudly (like shouting) over the phone while working and making a lot of noise. He was going outside several times, taking a lot of time to bring random "tools" from his car. The experience was not good at all.
