I'd known Kat for just a few months ago . the first time I met and talked to her I feel like there is a connection right away. During that entire process working with her was very smooth ; my expectation was far behind my imagination . She is dependable, dedicated,Flexible whenever I need to adjust time and need help , most of all she has an outstanding customer service .I can't find the right and exact words but from the bottom of my heart Thank You so much.You make my dream comes true.God is always good

Kat and the Exp/Margolis team were on top of all aspects of the sales process. Constant updates and prompt responses to my inquiries were spot on and ultra professional. There were a number of obstacles that Kat took on and got the reports, inspections, and answers that were needed. I would recommend Kat and crew to anyone.

Awesome. From beginning to the end and beyond. We appreciate your help. This was a long, difficult journey, but Kat pulled through in every way. House, the land, the process, we were off the island, many and many obstacles. We’ve purchased and sold quite a few a few homes, and this one was definitely the most complex.
