Kat Mobley is truly an exceptional real estate agent and a wonderful person! Kat helped us buy our condo and years later, she helped us sell it. We would not have worked with anyone else. Kat is very good at her craft, which can be quite complicated when dealing with layered-HOA's, property managers, overseas parties and Hawaii lending protocols. We moved from the mainland with 2 dogs over 60 pounds. Needless to say, it was a journey to find a condo association that would accept our pets let alone a place that would rent to us in the interim. Kat was instrumental in helping us find both. Kat and Exp were very sympathetic to our issue and without them we would have drowned or worse force to leave our babies on the mainland for an extended period of time. We are eternally grateful and won't work with anyone else in the future!

Kat and the Exp/Margolis team were on top of all aspects of the sales process. Constant updates and prompt responses to my inquiries were spot on and ultra professional. There were a number of obstacles that Kat took on and got the reports, inspections, and answers that were needed. I would recommend Kat and crew to anyone.
