I just completed the 6-week challenge with Kat and I am very happy with the lessons that I took away. Kat is positive, encouraging, and provides a simple approach to nutrition. It is not the 'all or nothing' mentality of many programs. For the past four months, I have been dealing with some health issues and the Lifted program is a great fit to where I am physically. Kat Laforet’s coaching style and techniques are unique and relatable, which made everything she taught me very easy to understand. Her “don’t eat like an A-hole” has stuck with me and allowed me to savor my treats without feeling restricted or guilty. The eating guide in blocks was super helpful to ensure I ate enough protein and still allowed me to have fruit and bread and pasta and I never felt hungry.
