Guess what? They did my 82 year old mothers roof in 2017 and we just found out they didn’t even tear off the shingles. Just put new ones right over it and the inspector didn’t even catch it.
I recommend not to use them 2018 I hired them for new roofing and they end up doing more damage to my garter… also very poor clean up after their job was done….
I bought a house in 2017. The roof was 2 years old at the time, installed by Kat Construction LLC. Shortly after moving in, I discovered bats and squirrels living in the roof. I had to hire a wildlife person to remove them and patch the entry points. The flashing around the chimney was leaking and caused damage to the interior of my home. I had to repair the walls.
