我是去年11月份在这里做了热玛吉，2个月多快3个月了，真的一点效果也没有，但凡有一点点效果我都不会说什么，联系了他们家，说什么效果很好啊，真的是无语了，挺能睁眼说瞎话的，也在其他家美容院做过美容护理，从来没有在网上说任何店的坏话，除了这里，如果可以给0星，我都想打0，真的真的完全沒有效果，大家幫忙避雷

我真是觉得自己是被针对的！ 我对 Kasuga Beauty 非常失望。我原本想预约8月8日进行眼部水光和黑金光子两个项目。然而我被告知只能做黑金光子，因为工作人员已经调去新店，无法在法拉盛分店提供眼部水光服务。我已经尽量配合，甚至表示两个店我都可以去。 更糟糕的是，虽然我已经预付并购买了套餐，但却被告知两个分店现在是独立运营，充值金额和套餐不通用。对于一直支持他们的老客户来说，这真的非常不方便也不公平。 整个预约过程混乱、不一致，感觉完全是在浪费我的时间。最后我甚至无法完成我原本预订的完整服务。 说实话，作为一家专业机构，我原本期待的是更好的沟通和客户服务。
My favorite facial salon. Their products work wonderfully. My face always feels refreshed and rejuvenated after a facial. I have really sensitive skin and during allergy season is the worst. Their facials always stabilize my skin to help with that.
