Do not recommend this place at all. Very Rude doctor! !! No good customer service!!! When they took the x rays to your kid the send you to wait outside, then with not advice or telling the parents the kid is seen by the doctor without letting the parent know. Like they don't like the parent with the child at the room. Very weird!!! That's not appropriate, specially is the kid is under 18 years old.
The staff was amazing, but the Dentist has a special attitude only a few can handle... shes strongly opinionated with a strong character. Just a heads up, also the place hasn't received an update since the 90s. Other than that the dentist assistant was kind and explained things throughly .. and yes they make the parent wait outside while they take the childs x-rays and work on the child which I do not agree at all..
While I was on my way to my appointment that I had this morning I called to let them know that I was going to be no more than 5 minutes late. The lady on the phone then told me they had canceled my appointment because I didn't give them a call back for confirmation! The only day I have off work is Sunday and they aren't open. I work from 7:30 to 6 how was I supposed to speak to anyone if they are closed!? Taking both of my kids elsewhere DO NOT GO HERE
We loved our visit today! Took my 5 year old to get a check up and the staff was amazing. Will definitely be making this our family dentist. 5 stars!
As I write this post I'm sitting in the waiting room. Initially I had an okay impression. They called and moved the appointment up which is good. The staff is nice. Now the dentist! She was okay at first but had an attitude as if she knew it all. For example my daughter had major mouth surgery as a kid and she was arguing with me that it was a "simple" tooth extraction, when she actually spent 3-days in the hospital.
