I have been a patient here since 2015. I don't know why I didn't do this years ago, but am currently looking for a new Endocrinology clinic. I am done here. Dr. Shakally and Dr Kastoon have been my Dr's in this office. I had an appointment set for May of this year, 2025. I received a text that my appointment was canceled because Dr. Shakally is no longer with their clinic, and for me to call their office to reschedule. Why couldn't they just keep my appointment to see Dr Kastoon? Or they could have rescheduled me themselves ... read more
Dr. Kastoon is a great doctor he was my doctor for many years but his receptionists are horrible! Where does he find these people? Terribly rude, and incompetent. The reviews don’t lie, and sadly the office staff can make or break your practice. Dr. Kastoon, if you are seeing this please fire these people! They never answer the phone and are not helpful to your patients.
Dr. Kastoon is a nice doctor, but the office staff is incompetent. I'm surprised they still have their jobs. Despite Dr. Kastoon's kindness, I hold him responsible for hiring and retaining unqualified staff.
Dr Kastoon is great except the office staff are not helpful. I keep running out of meds and they say it take 3 weeks to process a new PA and prescription. Even after calls, going into office and emails, it isn’t processed. How is this good patient care when the office cannot even process paperwork necessary to get the medicine the doctor prescribes.
I don't even know where to begin in writing about Dr. Kastoon. I'm sure we can all agree that finding a good Dr has been close to impossible now. Especially finding one who genuinely cares about their patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Kastoon's for almost 10 years now. Not only does he genuinely care about his patient's, but he goes above and beyond in taking time with each of his patient's and doing whatever he can he to help them and helping them to have better peace of mind.
