Possible the worst aftercare of any builder I have experienced. Ongoing flooding caused by no water proofing of property at 333 Oxford street. We have brought this problem to attention to them multiple times for the last 3 years, still no permanent resolution and now no reply. We payed for a building inspector to come and sent them a report through strata, still no answer. We are now escalating and filing a former report to the building commission.
