Would not recommend this firm or Dennis L. Munson. To preface, this firm was not highly recommended to us, but we were referred to them after the other Bozeman attorneys we contacted were already at capacity. My husband and I both needed legal representation for a prenuptial agreement. My husband retained Dennis while I retained a different attorney. Very rude when I talked to them. Use someone else
I absolutely DO NOT recommend this firm. I was advised that there was a legal case against me in Montana. I called them to ask them to look up my name in the system and see if there was such a case and if so what it was regarding. This is a normal question at any firm. The first person who answered had no access to the state court case system. She then transferred me to a 2nd person a paralegal who claimed that they have to do a conflict check before looking up my name in the court case system. Then she got snotty with me an... read more
