As a 19 year homeowner. Don't give this place a second glance since Cobblestone bought it 2 years ago it is going down hill. Anything they promise you to make the sale they will back out of these people may be the most dishonest you'll find on the planet. They do nothing for the park everything is their interest only. To look at the brochure the distribute up north you'd think this was club med. Trust me even those pictures aren't this park.

I just purchased a home in Kastaway Key, Candice the Community Manager was very nice and helpful and made the buying process easy. The Maintenance staff has been great in answering all the questions I have had. The community is very quiet and laid back, great retirement spot.
We purchased a new manufactured home in Kastaway Key to start snow birding next year! We live out of state and Candice made the entire process very easy and seamless considering it was 100% remote. My neighbors and others in the community are awesome and made us feel right at home. Candice is a great property manager and also lives in the community so has become a great neighbor as well. Looking forward to the winter of 2026 :)
