I am a truck driver trying to make a delivery on the west side of the building the owner put up these big rocks. I’m trying to make a delivery to Dart Casting it’s impossible for me to back in without tearing off my bumper, I do not understand why the owner couldn’t just put rocks down or ask the city to make an extension of the road or have a sidewalk put in .
