I think this team is great!. I personally worked a lot with Tana Atwood, and she was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and providing visuals and insight above what I asked for. If you are looking to get a mortgage you should definitely consider the Kast team as they will exceed your expectations as they exceeded mine
I can’t speak highly enough about working with Penny and Tana. Penny was so flexible with her schedule and made time to meet/talk with me whenever I had questions. She went the extra mile and sent me spreadsheets that allowed me to input numbers of homes I was looking at to be self informed about what all the numbers involved would/could look like.
