We purchased a unit at Nautilus 220 to say the construction and workmanship was poor is an understatement . It was beyond unacceptable and no one cares. There is no one to contact, we had to spend over $20,000 fixing what should have been done and we are still not done with what it is going cost us.

We purchased a unit in Nautalis 220 in 20223 The building was to be ready the winter of 25 It is still not ready and we have no idea when we will be able to live there for the past 2 years we have been misled as to the progress Originally we were given a closing date of April it is now dec and we are still out Stay away from Kast construction

Moved into Saltaire thinking nice place. Sure, try to have a phone call or even a conversation because there is ALWAYS banging of hammers going on usually fixing their construction errors. Found out this latest of hammering on everyone's patio wil be at least a month. 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. Ropes hanging off buildings ruining a great view that was paid for. Weeks to respond to simplest repair under warranty. I would bet noone that worked for them would live in one of their buildings!
