Tried to place order on website. Kept asking me fir account numbers and to sign in. Appearantly they want no new customers,no way to place order unless you have account. I called toll free number and gruff man who barely spoke English said something that I couldn't even understand. I used to love shopping here when they were on 47th st and thought they were out of business. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with KASSOY has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional ordering experiences I have dealt with as a small business owner. I placed Order W174669 for a scale and a gold testing kit that was supposed to include the acids, testing needles, and wooden box. Ordered some stuff for gem stone photography. I received an old (used before) gem holder that is all oxidized/from elements, such as moisture/use before. I use high def cameras on gems that are very high end, and something of this quality will make my business look bad. I wrote an email as well last week, but not response.
I have always had good experiences ordering and dealing with Kassoy! I have been using them for over 10 years for some of my Gemological needs!! They have always taken very good care of me!! Thank you Kassoy!!
Online website order is fine but phone support needs some working on, called about an order and was handled in a rude manner - tone on the phone with the gentleman was getting slightly curt - was quite surprised by this! Wasn't handled in a warm and courteous manner otherwise other experiences have been fine -
