It took 2 weeks for them to work on my lawn mower and it was only 3 hours of work!!! We had to borrow a pusher from someone and then they wanted us to pay $180 for parts AND LABOR!!! YEAH RIGHT!!! Then they tried to take my mower back so I would have to pay it. Only knocked off $ 50. Not going through them anymore!!!

My Husquvarna riding lawnmower needed a tune up.Kasson Small Engine took the mower to the shop. Many days later the mower was back in my yard. My mower would not start. Dead battery! Kasson Small Engine charged me $117.00 to drive to my home and install a new battery. $239.50 should have gotten me a check of the 2012 battery when it was in the shop. A 75 yo widow lady with an older mower and a very larg yard should have been given an estimate of the cost PRIOR to just going ahead and do the repairs. Now I am out nearly $300.... read more
