An absolutely wonderful firm! They worked hard and explained every step of the way about my disability claim. Mr. Williams is very kind and professional, and his staff are wonderful. If you need help with disability make these folks your first and last call! I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
Good customer service
Bare bones, minimum effort group. I had to tell them I won my case! SS/DDS HAD MY FILE ON STEP TWO THE SAME DAY THESE SLACKERS SAID THEY DIDN’T EVEN HAVE MY INFORMATION - THAT THEY FORWARDED TO DDS. They never even acknowledged receipt of a dozen emails I sent them. It’s 18 months after the entitlement date and just today I learned that date is the one you add two years to for Medicare. These slackers told me nothing.
Frank Williams is an amazing attorney and the staff was always incredibly helpful with my issues I got my disability finally!! I would recommend them always!! Thank you frank and everyone at kassin and carrow!!
