I love Dr Kassidy! She is very caring and always remembers who I am and doesn’t make me feel rushed.

She was amazing! She listened very carefully and really helped me! I loved the digital scribe and how updated ochsner is with their tech! The staff was amazing, especially Mindy! Very intelligent and will make a great NP!
She did not help me at all and the “trainee” that came in beforehand used ChatGPT throughout our entire session. I was charged $60 for a visit that I could’ve done for free via chat. I will not be making another appointment with her.
