Terrible builder. Built a complex full of townhouses most if not all have issues like water leaks on roof and through windows and sliding doors, also handed them over with damaged splashbacks and scratched window glass etc. Units are approx 4 years old now still with outstanding issues, they came to do some basic repairs initially after a million phonecalls and emails but before long just stopped coming all together to carry out any repairs or honour warranty. took them to the DBDRV at which point they agreed to fix, but the... read more

KG built an amazing small apartment complex for my business that covered some complex disability requirements. They worked in with additional consultants and also did it all during COVid lockdowns and with supply challenges. Their follow up on any queries has been great post build and we have been going for over a year now.
