This man seems to be the most inconsiderate dr. I've met. Everything was fine he said which is great I was worried. Still have the problems dizzy headed falling and passing out the only explanation was I was a smoker and overweight. I don't think he knows anything he's talking about. I went because my blood count was low and that's all I got from him was I was fat and smoked. I dont know what happened.. I know everyone has a bad day from time to time but I have never experienced such a rude and foul mannered person. My father had done his first round of chemo in Bowling Green KY because he had to get it started immediately. The nice folks over there were very considerate and didn't want us to have to make the two hour drive on a regular basis for visits so they set my dad up with an appointment at the Common Wealth Cancer Center in Somerset. Wonderful and knowledgeable doctor. He took the time to explain everything and listen to me. The nurses in the office are very friendly and caring.
Dr. Kassem is very careful to explain what is happening and will answer your questions. His staff is compassionate and professional!
Staff are awesome and Dr Kassem will explain the blood work and is friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have.If other test are required he will explain why he thinks the test is necessary, explain test procedures, and answer any questions that you have.
