While the design and install was flawless. They have poor follow up communication on system issues. Placed numerous calls, spoke with a person (took message) and their now automated system seems to imply they are not able to handle or have too many product issues to attend address. Beware if you need any warrantee service.

Kasselman told me I’d receive an interest rate of 3.5% based on location and setting up ACH and that was so untrue, my rate stood at 6.99% despite them telling me it would automatically go to the 3.5%. Was so mislead and now it’s costing me over $9,000 in interest over the term of the loan. Company communication is very poor and they didn’t even try to help me out, they pretty much said “oh well”. Installation is great as many have noted. The issue is that once you need service be prepared to wait and then spend more because you were made to wait. The service crews come down from Albany so if you live in Westchester - be prepared to wait --- I am not sure if there is a more local operation to work with but it is worth researching before you take the plunge.

Installation was excellent. Communication during the installation process was spotty. We initially had an excellent, detail-oriented project manager who went on family leave and then suddenly left the company. The replacement person was difficult to reach and multiple emails bounced. After some effort I reached the support department and got the help I needed. Overall I’m happy with the engagement.
