Always available and provides insight and systems to help me through my depression
Within 5 minutes of my visit, after processing my hefty co-pay, she recommended I go to another type of therapist but then proceeded to continue with my session anyway. She had a "give advice" style which I like but halfway through the session, I could see that she uses the "help you figure it out on your own" approach which I didn't think would work with me. She did check her phone more than once and I found her phone ringing during our session very distracting.
