Cannot rate the dealership highly enough and in my experience 5* is the only option. I mainly dealt with Imran. He has been honest and genuine throughout my experience with them and we built a sense of trust. He was fair and transparent when he brought my car from me in part ex. So...I travelled from Portsmouth to buy what I thought was a lovely red Kia ceed. I had every intention of buying this vehicle hence I only got a train ticket single not return. Me & my sister was picked up at west Drayton train station which was very kind of the garage owner & he came in the car I was assuming I would be taking home.......not the case!!!! I've given 1 star because the car was delivered to my house,the car I bought when delivered needed a new auxiliary belt which I was happy to replace and he dropped the price by 100 pounds. After two weeks of having the car it developed electrical problems,the cars central locking failed and then power steering failed. Bought my first car from this car dealer which is managed by father and son. As soon as I've seen the advert for the car I got in touch with them and they promptly called me back when the car was washed and ready. They gave us a lift from the station to the dealership and everything was sorted out smoothly including the road tax. Thank you for your help, also for all the advice on insurance and for delivering the car back home. Highly recommended 👌
