Tried to inquire about renting a van (14 seater) to go on a family vacation to Toronto but they never phoned me back. A returning phone call saying they would be unable to do it would have been better than telling me they were going to phone back and have me wait all day. I assume they don’t do them. I even let the girl know whenever they were able to, we could have waited for a later date to go. Don’t advertise charter services if you don’t do them. We had to rent a coach (bus) instead. Paid a lot more, but oh well I guess.
Amazing service from Sioux Lookout to Winnipeg today. Jalal and his team were so accommodating. The bus itself was clean and it impeccable condition. We travel a lot for work and this is a great option for travel in Ontario and Manitoba. Can’t wait to check out the other routes including the new one to Thompson!
