It was alright but there weren’t any outlets on the bus I was on. Just be aware that you should DEFINITELY bring a fully charged phone, a power bank, and a book to read if you’re going on a long trip. That’s probably common sense but I wish they would tell us prior if the bus we’re on has outlets or not. Also, I think a lot of people would buy tickets for an express bus from the pas to Winnipeg and vice versa that takes the shorter and direct route. You should try it.
I had booked my trip well in advance with intention to travel with my 13 year old Chihuhaua because according to the website so long as your small dog can sit in your lap, is well behaved and doesn't make disturbance. I arrive to catch my bus (shabby, rickety, the pungent musky odor permeates) 10 minutes before departure, this policy no longer exists, despite it existing to this day on their website. Recently booked a charter from winnipeg to whitewing lodge near Ear falls for 8 ppl. The booking process with Lidiya was excellent, very easy to deal with. They allowed us stops in kenora so we could do our grocery shopping for camp. Our driver Jalal was awesome, very accommodating, friendly, and an excellent driver.. Kasper Bus. Their service is extremely poor when it comes to communication. My bus was significantly delayed, and they did not provide any prior information—no email, no call, no notification at all. What made the situation worse was their customer service. When I contacted them, they were unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility. Instead of addressing the issue or offering any compensation or payment adjustment, they placed the blame on passengers.
