They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance.
